Prior to beginning my real estate career, I spent over 20 years in customer services positions with
several large companies. My years of customer service experience had helped me greatly in establishing
and building my real estate business. I am committed to determining customer needs and desires,

While I am very experienced in the SW Florida resale market and in working with both buyers and sellers
on undeveloped land purchases, my real love is new construction. I am both honored and excited
assisting buyers in the process of a new construction purchase.

My name is Jeff, and I started into real estate because I had a lot of questions, and even some answers, about some issues at a 55+ community my aunt lived in. I originally got my CAM license in hopes of helping that community. I found out that if I wanted to manage other rental properties, I needed (and received) my Realtor® license, as well. After a number of years with a different brand, where it was all about numbers, I made the move to United Real Estate INFINITY, where things could be a bit more personal, as well as being nationwide. I've been with our Infinity team since before we opened the doors in 2016.
No matter what your property goals are (buying, selling, or renting your investment for additional income), the two most important things you need to know about me are 1) I don't do things the same way as everyone else (for example, I don't do the typical "virtual tour"... mine is self-guided and 360 degrees. And 2) I’m not a “salesman”. Knowing how to get things done legally and smoothly, I'm here to help. I work under a 'no pressure' policy. I have been in real estate for 7 years. I am licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. I specialize in commercial retail shopping center properties. Kurt E. Hoenig was born and raised in SE Iowa, Fort Madison, Iowa, to be specific. He is an avid Iowa Hawkeye Fan. Kurt has called SW Florida (Naples) home since 1990. After 20 plus years of a progressive Hospitality Management career, during which Kurt had the privilege of serving for some of the finest properties in the great state of Florida, he decided to get his Real Estate License. I was born and raised in Ohio and I am an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. In 2016, I relocated to SW Florida to get away from the cold winters and snow and to be closer to the beach and ocean…two of my greatest loves. Right after moving to Florida, I began working in a real estate office in an administrative capacity and received tons of exposure to the SW Florida real estate market. After a very short period of time, I realized how much I loved seeing the agents in the office work with customers to achieve their dreams, complete transactions and all the excitement and smiles of the happy new homeowners. IT was just as much fun to watch the transaction completed with sellers and get to experience their excitement as they started new chapters in their lives.
